241 polyimide film thermosets pressure-sensitive adhesive tape

Application: This product is made by the polyimide film and coated with single class F thermosets pressure sensitive adhesive. This tape can be curing in 170 180 ℃ temperature and within 3 to 4 hours, suitable for electrical motor and cable insulation with class H.
A .Technical requirements
1 Appearance: disk flat, no bubble, no flow glue, even glue. When opening the tape dick not any transferring of glue on the tape , and edge without damage.
2 The size
2.1 Length: Each volume total length is for 40 to 60 m, each volume not more than two joints,
Shortest length without any joint is not less than 10 m among total length.
2.2 Width: Width 10-50 mm + 1/- mm ;width more than 50 mm, deviation for + 1.5/- mm;also supplying according to the customer request.
2.3 Thickness and allowable deviation: According to the needs of the users ,supplying for various thickness tape, allowable deviation is +/- 0.01 mm.

B .Packaging, mark, storage and transport
1.Tape should be closely winding in tube core, packing in sealed plastic bags with sealed,then putting into waterproof paper carton or hard wooden cases.
2.Each box should be with product inspection certificate, shall be marked on the product name, type, gross weight, net weight, production date, name of manufacturer and "moisture proof" "handle with care" and other words or sign on the box surface.
3.From the date of original shipment, product storage period is for six months, the product of more than storage period can be used after passing inspection according to the standard.
4.The product in should be moisture proof, prevent mechanical damage in transportation.
5.The product should be stored in a dry clean well ventilated warehouse.
